The Solar eclipse which occurred on May 10th in Taurus has activated my 6th/12th axis of my natal chart. This is the sub concious, spiritual, health and service axis. A Solar eclipse is a new beginning that is being fast tracked by the cosmos to get us back with the programme. A Solar eclipse is a New Moon amplified. So from dallying about in the shadows and not quite seeing the light of day, an issue from the areas of the 12th & 6th houses was set to blast into my awareness. Astrologers look to the week before or after the eclipse for the energy to surface. My wake up call occurred on the eclipse and has been illuminated during the past week. Yes a diagnosis that I have not allowed myself to accept, was brought to me via a professional at the eclipse. This was in the medical field of psychology. It is as if suddenly a light (the Sun) has illuminated my sub concious (the Moon) and has shown me that in my day to day (6th house) routines I have been reacting via hidden (12th house) memories (the Moon) and trauma secrets (12th house). My healing (6th house/12th house axis) has now been put on a better track (Solar eclipse energy).
Naturally this presents me with questions regarding my psychic and channelling abilities as opposed to my mental health disabilities. Also brought into question is the influence of estoric beliefs and mental health. Yet I can see no discrepency between ability for higher channelling or sensitive brain functioning , with mental health dysfunction. Just as I can see no discrepency between works of art and depressives or scientists and Aspergers etc. What may be on the spectrum for a disability diagnosis may also be the flip side to a talented gift as well. There is a lot for me to ponder and reconcile into my belief system at present. Thankyou Spirit. I trust my shaman's message from 2008. "The journey has now begun." What a journey these past almost 5 years have been.

Mediumship
I was allowed by Spirit to once again channel. I am rejoicing in knowing my channelling ability has been returned to me. My healing must be on track and my vibration heightened enough to receive Spirit guided connections. My vibration has been bombarded with heavy astral negatives for the past few years. I was shut down for my own healing journey. I was aware of this and thankful for Spirit in allowing me this protection.
A few days ago I gave an impromptu reading to my Son's partner. I used my oracle cards. It was amongst a happy, sunny, outdoor loving get together, where we were all filled with family joy. Really, just how appropriate. I then got a familiar urge to tune out. I knew this is when Spirit brings something to me if I just drift. Then in she came. I described to my Son's partner who I was seeing. When I channel someone who has passed over, I "see" them, either transfiguring the face of their living connection or just to the side of them. Sometimes I will be given impressions in my mindseye of a scene or symbols. I might feel feelings from them or think thoughts from them. It is rare for me to "hear" in my ears from them. Although music and scents seem to come to me.
I was given confirmation of my description. It transpired that during the week my son (who is also highly attuned to Spirit) commented to his partner that there was a "ghost" in the house after some disturbances. I was also told that the Aunt of the loved one in Spirit had a strange occurance that week that was indicative of this particular loved one, as did my Son's partner on a seperate occasion that week. My son had also met the loved one before she passed. She showed herself to be happy and clearly wanted to pass on that she is still with the the family. I am honoured to be able to channel and be the messenger to bring some healing and peace to living souls.
It is just amazing how Spirit works. Spirit allowed me to channel in a way that was uplifting and instructional for all those involved. Peace to the loved ones, confirmation for my Spiritual journey & lessons, confirmation and Spiritual lesson for my Son's channelling awareness and left no doubt in any of our minds as to the authenticity of the experience.
